  • Custom services (including wig construction, coloring, lace services, and BYOB services) are final sale.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

3. CUSTOM & BYOB (BRING YOUR OWN BUNDLES) SERVICES

Clients using our Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB) service acknowledge:

  • Pose Wig Boutique is not responsible for hair quality, shedding, or lifespan of customer-provided bundles.

  • Hair must be clean, free of lice, and in workable condition.

  • Once services begin, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept secure payments through approved payment providers. Pose Wig Boutique is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Processing time varies based on ready-to-ship vs. custom orders.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards:

  • All sales are final on hair extensions, wigs, lace, and custom services.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once hair has been worn, altered, cut, colored, or removed from original packaging.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including logos, images, product descriptions, brand names, slogans, and designs—is the exclusive property of Pose Wig Boutique.
