Processing Time

All ready to ship orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom wigs and pre-order items may require additional processing time, typically 7–21 business days depending on style and order volume.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 Options & Shipping Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Local Pickup or Drop-Off (Houston area): Available by appointment

Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Same Day Wig Service

For our Pose Express or Same Day Wig Making Service, local customers must drop off hair by 12 PM for same-day completion and pickup by 6 PM (availability limited — booking required).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pose Wig Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Pose Wig Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S., with international shipping available upon request. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
