At Pose Wig Boutique, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every customer feels confident and beautiful with their purchase. To preserve the integrity, hygiene, and exclusivity of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policy before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the delicate and custom nature of luxury hair products, all sales are final. Once an order has been processed or shipped, returns, refunds, and exchanges cannot be accepted.
Exceptions
We may accept a return or exchange only if:

You received the wrong item or incorrect length/texture than what was ordered.

The item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including tags, lace intact, and no styling or cutting).

You contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
If approved, the product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Custom Orders & Wig Services
All custom units, installations, and Wig Therapy services are made exclusively for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. Each creation is tailored with precision and care to reflect your unique look and specifications.
Order Adjustments
We understand changes may occur. Cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, all orders will proceed to fulfillment and cannot be altered.
Return Shipping
Clients are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is the result of an error on our part. We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
